7.1. Destinations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, shipments are made exclusively to Spain and Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Spain, specific conditions may apply to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (possible delays and additional procedures).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2. Delivery Times<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The approximate delivery times, counted in business days from the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spain (Mainland): 24\u201372 business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Balearic Islands: 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: may take longer due to logistics\/customs procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portugal (Mainland): 3\u20135 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n

These delivery times are approximate and may be affected by holidays, shipping delays, or other factors beyond PickTwist’s control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.3. Shipments with tracking<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
The tracking number will be sent to the email address provided in the order and will allow you to check the status of the shipment on the carrier\u2019s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u20078.\u2060 \u2060Right of withdrawal (EU consumers only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error is attributable to PickTwist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After receiving the product and verifying its condition, the product amount will be refunded. The initial shipping costs will only be refunded when required by law or in cases of an error attributable to PickTwist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that show signs of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@picktwist.com, providing your order number and contact information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u20079.\u2060 \u2060Warranty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The products are covered by the legal warranty applicable in Spain and the European Union against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normal wear and tear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage caused by misuse or use other than intended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modifications made by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage caused by exposure to extreme heat, solvents, chemicals, or other external agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the situation will be assessed and, as appropriate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Replacement of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repair (if feasible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders may be canceled at no cost as long as they have not been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once the order has been shipped, it can only be processed through a return in accordance with Section 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.\u2060 \u2060Liability<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PickTwist is not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delays caused by the shipping carrier or due to force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delays or issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damage or loss resulting from improper use of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, PickTwist\u2019s maximum liability to the buyer is limited to the total amount of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.1. Destinos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente se realizan env\u00edos exclusivamente a Espa\u00f1a y Portugal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Espa\u00f1a, pueden existir condiciones espec\u00edficas para Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla (posibles retrasos y tr\u00e1mites adicionales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.2. Plazos de entrega<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los plazos aproximados, contados en d\u00edas laborables desde que el pedido se entrega a la empresa de transporte, son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Espa\u00f1a (Pen\u00ednsula): 24\u201372 h laborables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Islas Baleares: 3\u20135 d\u00edas laborables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla: pueden requerir m\u00e1s tiempo por tr\u00e1mites log\u00edsticos\/aduaneros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Portugal (Pen\u00ednsula): 3\u20135 d\u00edas laborables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos plazos son orientativos y pueden verse afectados por festivos, incidencias de transporte u otras causas ajenas a PickTwist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.3. Env\u00edos con seguimiento<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todos los pedidos se env\u00edan con n\u00famero de seguimiento.
El n\u00famero de seguimiento se enviar\u00e1 al correo electr\u00f3nico facilitado en el pedido y permitir\u00e1 consultar el estado del env\u00edo en la web de la empresa de transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u20078.\u2060 \u2060Derecho de desistimiento (solo consumidores en la UE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cliente dispone de un plazo de 14 d\u00edas naturales desde la recepci\u00f3n del pedido para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condiciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El producto debe devolverse sin usar, en perfecto estado y con su embalaje original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los gastos de devoluci\u00f3n corren a cargo del comprador, salvo error imputable a PickTwist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tras recibir el producto y comprobar su estado, se reembolsar\u00e1 el importe del producto. Los gastos de env\u00edo iniciales solo se reembolsar\u00e1n cuando la ley lo exija o en casos de error atribuible a PickTwist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por motivos de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones de productos que muestren signos de uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u20079.\u2060 \u2060Garant\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los productos cuentan con la garant\u00eda legal aplicable en Espa\u00f1a y la Uni\u00f3n Europea frente a defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n.
La garant\u00eda no cubre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desgaste por uso normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da\u00f1os por mal uso o uso distinto al previsto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modificaciones realizadas por el cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da\u00f1os por exposici\u00f3n a calor extremo, solventes, productos qu\u00edmicos u otros agentes externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si el producto presenta un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n, se valorar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n y se ofrecer\u00e1, seg\u00fan corresponda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustituci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reparaci\u00f3n (si tuviera sentido).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reembolso del importe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si recibes un producto incorrecto, defectuoso o incompleto, debes contactar en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 7 d\u00edas naturales desde la recepci\u00f3n, escribiendo a info@picktwist.com e indicando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00famero de pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Descripci\u00f3n de la incidencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fotograf\u00edas claras del producto y del embalaje, si procede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando la incidencia sea imputable a PickTwist, se asumir\u00e1n los gastos de reposici\u00f3n o devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11.\u2060 \u2060Cancelaci\u00f3n del pedido<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los pedidos pueden cancelarse sin coste mientras no hayan sido entregados a la empresa de transporte.
Una vez enviado el pedido, solo podr\u00e1 gestionarse mediante devoluci\u00f3n conforme al apartado 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.\u2060 \u2060Responsabilidad<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PickTwist no se hace responsable de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retrasos ocasionados por la empresa de transporte o por causas de fuerza mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retrasos o incidencias derivados de datos de env\u00edo incompletos o incorrectos facilitados por el comprador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas derivados de un uso inadecuado del producto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En todo caso, la responsabilidad m\u00e1xima de PickTwist frente al comprador se limita al importe total del pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13.\u2060 \u2060Protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los datos personales facilitados durante el proceso de compra se utilizar\u00e1n para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gestionar el pedido y el env\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Atender consultas o incidencias relacionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cumplir obligaciones legales (facturaci\u00f3n, impuestos, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No se ceder\u00e1n a terceros salvo a proveedores de servicios necesarios para la ejecuci\u00f3n del contrato (empresas de transporte, pasarelas de pago, etc.) y siempre con la m\u00ednima informaci\u00f3n imprescindible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14.\u2060 \u2060Modificaci\u00f3n de las condiciones de compra<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PickTwist se reserva el derecho a modificar estas condiciones de compra en cualquier momento.
